We are one of the fastest growing remittance companies in Nepal with business networks in Europe & Gulf countries. We are looking for Operation Manager to join our team.

OPERATION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing domestic/international remittance
• Define vision, road map and growth opportunities
• Lead to smooth and efficient operation
• Reporting and increase of transaction as needed to ensure overall growth.
• Provide guidance and support to operation and other team
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to promote and enhance company business.
• Planning for thriving of mobile wallet platform

Requirements:

• MBA/MBS with proven experience above 5 years in maneuver of national/international remittance business.
• Extremely organized team-player, proactive, self-motivated and strategic thinker.
• Track record of effective oral/written communication and leadership skills.
• Substantial, hands on experience in PSO/PSP as an additional preferred qualification.
