Position: Director of Sales & Marketing (One)
Requirements:
Age: Below 50 years
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field, and Six or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team. Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.
Knowledge/Abilities: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the hotel to ensure revenue and room night sales goals are achieved, sales and marketing strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved.
Position: Associate Director of Sales / Sales Manager (Three)
Requirements:
Age: Below 40 years
Education: Candidate should be a Hotel Management Graduate or MBA from repute Management school.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position or in a position of handling administration in a reputed organization.
Knowledge/Ability: Candidate should have pleasing personality with good communication skills in English.
Demonstrate an interest in and an understanding of issues relevant to our hotel and has a good understanding of the sales office and rates of the competition, enabling to move the business from them.
Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business
Candidate must promote the desired work culture around the core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service along with adherence to brand standards of IHG
