BlinkNow’s mission is to change the world by empowering Nepal’s children. We do this through providing a quality education, a safe environment and through inspiring others. We invite applications for the following positions (based in Surkhet, Nepal).
Program Officer
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all programs on the ground in Nepal, fulfil needs as they arise. Communicate and liaise between the different stakeholders, from the Country Director to the head office staff, ensure they are always aware and informed regarding the status of the project. Manage an international team: conduct formal evaluations and informal check-ins on a regular basis.
Role Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; minimum five years’ l/NGO experience- preferably in education or women/children’s welfare. English communication skills. Pragmatic, initiative and ability to manage programs and staff members. International experience.
