About the Girl’s Advocacy Alliance (GAA) Project: Plan International Nepal is implementing Girls Advocacy Alliance (GAA) as part of the new ‘Dialogue and Dissent’ program framework of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 2016-2020 in Nepal. The GAA comprises of three Dutch NGOs Plan Netherlands (lead agency). Terre des Hommes Netherlands and Defence for Chidren Intemabonat-ECPAT Netherlands. The global Theory of Change for the project elaborates equal rights and opportunities for girts and young women as its final aim. The project focuses on two major issues: the elimination of gender based violence and of the economic exclusion of girls and young women. The main outcome objectives are related to strengthened capacity of civil society  organizations (CSOs) to influence policy.
