Senior Consultants for Developing Training Modules (2)
Duty Station: Kathmandu Office Contract Duration: 20 days each
Qualification and experience: Master s degree in social sciences or related discipline and a minimum 5 years’ relevant professional work experience in the preparation of curricula and related pedagogical methods tailored to trainees. In addition applicants will have a demonstrated knowledge of Nepali sociocultural dynamics and diversity.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and develop outline/contents for the consolidated standard training modules for building capacity of elected Dalit women leaders in local levels. Conduct orientation training for potential trainers on the finalized training modules.
Other Attributes for all positions
Excellent communication skills, a good understanding of governance and Dalit women issues, willingness to work under stress and long hours in a rural setting with minimal facilities.
