Service Excellence Executives (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer)

Location: Inside & Outside Valley

The candidates of this job position are expected to oversee the day to day delivery of services in the manner that meets or exceeds established service level of the bank. The candidate should have an ability to plan, develop, evaluate and implement the service excellence standards to ensure the quality of service delivery to excellent level and should possess demonstrable experience in service excellence program development and implementation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should have at least 3 years of experience in related field.
• Preferably Master s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or other relevant field.
• Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
