1)Senior Sales Manager
ROLE OF THE SR. SALES MANAGER: The Sr. Manager, On Premise Channel shall be responsible for driving superior sales performance through the development delivery and activation of on premise channel strategies. The candidate shall use their creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to help our on premise sales teams to grow our beer accountable tor forging Internal and external relationships and work cross-functionally to develop a plan focused on winning in the on premise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ‘always on’ programs that engage shoppers and showcase our brands.
- Identity macro trends & opportunities and develop a plan for support across priority channels and regions.
- Responsible for sampling strategy and programs for the on premise channel.
- Provides sales teams with channel specific tools that can be leveraged to secure promotional support.
- Support Regional marketing in the development of regional customer programs.
- Collaborate with merchandising solutions team to deliver effective merchandising materials.
- Manage overall channel activation budget.
- Executive of Post Program Analysis.
- Manage agency partners.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of on premise channel knowledge and experience.
- On premise sales experience preferred.
- Ability to identity and action shopper Insights.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to simplify complex strategies into easy to digest direction.
