Trainee Assistants (Required Number: 200)

Locations: Various Departments/ Inside & Outside Valley Branches & Regional Offices

This is an entry level position who shall be assigned in various branches/departments and regional offices of the Bank upon successful completion of the training period. Selected candidates shall be placed in Regional Level Branches (Mechi, Koshi, Sagarmatha, Janakpur, Bagmati, Narayani, Gandaki-Dhaulagiri, Lumbini, Bheri-Kamali-Rapti and Seti-Mahakali Regions) across Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 at all levels from SLC (or equivalent) onwards, preferably in Business/ Finance/ Management/ Accountancy or related from a recognized university and age not below 18 years and not exceeding 30 years as of November 14,2018.

Application without disclosure of age and marks/percentage/CGPA at each level of education from SLC (or equivalent) onwards shall be automatically disqualified. All candidates are expected to be proficient in written/spoken English and Nepali and be computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications. Preference will be given to suitable local candidates from the vicinity of branch locations. Hence, local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process. The Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever. Canvassing at any stage of the process will lead to automatic disqualification.
