7) Training Specialist (Bachelor/Master with 7+ years of relevant experience): Minimum of 7 years of experience in the development of training modules and materials such as handbooks, case studies, scenarios, group exercises related to disaster risk reduction and/or closely related topics, and 7 years conducting disaster management/emergency response related trainings; Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Master’s degree preferred; Experience in international donor-funded projects preferred. |
