Vacancy Announcement
Antenna Foundation Nepal (AFN) is an independent, non-governmental and non-profit making organization working in media development since 2002. We mainly focus on production of innovative and distinctive radio and TV programs for raising public awareness, positive behavioral change and media advocacy. We are immediately hiring competent, committed and self-motivated individuals to join our team for the following positions:
1. Program Director (PD) (Position: 1)
The PD should hold a Masters degree with at least 5-years experience or Bachelors degree with at least 7-years experience and be able to lead both program and production departments. Apart from supervising issues/themes and approaches for all media content/programs produced by AFN, s/he supports the Executive Director by providing inputs into proposals and budgets. Ability to host radio programs is an added advantage but s/he should be able to provide clear guidance and allocate responsibilities to subordinates, including task oversight, professional development and performance management.
2. Finance & Administration Manager (FAM) (Position: 1)
The FAM should hold a Masters degree in Business Studies or Business Administration with at least 3-years experience or Bachelors degree with at least 5-years experience and be able to take a lead role in finance and administration with the ability to handle accounting software. S/He should be updated with government tax and financial regulations and experience on budget preparation and support the Executive Director on financial aspects of the organization.
