We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven and result-oriented personnel with excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication (English & Nepali) skills, as well an outgoing personality, for the positions listed below.

The candidates will be responsible for assisting in the efficient and smooth operation in the areas concerned, in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s strategies and brand standards. The successful applicant will be required to ensure an excellent and consistent service to customers, while meeting the expectations of associates, guests and owners.

1. EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum two years work experience as Executive Sous Chef or Chef De Cuisine in larger operation and total 5-8 years’ of experience in culinary field in a similar hotel. Relevant knowledge in Indian cuisine and must hold strong Western and Continental experience.

– Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.

Basic Computer.skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.

– Good practical, operational and People Management skills, with a flair for creativity, are a must.

2. SAFETY AND SECURITY MANAGER

Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.

Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation preferably in an International Hotel. -Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (with advanced proficiency of the English Language) along with the ability to confidently interact with guests in person.

3. ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF EVENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Hospitality or Tourism or Business Management.

Minimum three years’ work experience as an Associate Director of Events in a luxury international brand hotel or similar role.

Good understanding of selling techniques and event management knowledge.

Good administrative and interpersonal skills are a- must.

4. OUTLET MANAGER

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Strong operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.

5. SOUS CHEF – CHINESE/NEWARI/ THAKALI

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or completed three years’ chef apprenticeship. Minimum two years’ work experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel with specialization in Chinese/Newari/ Thakali.

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, occupational health and safety standards and an international work experience shall be advantageous.

Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System are preferred.

– Candidates with good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills, and a flair for creativity, are a must.

6. EVENT PLANNING EXECUTIVE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Hospitality or Tourism or Business Management.

Minimum two years’ of relevant work experience in a luxury international brand hotel is preferred.

Good understanding of selling techniques and event knowledge.

Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

7. F&B MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Hospitality or Tourism.

Minimum two years’ work experience in similar job is preferred.

Good understanding of selling techniques and F&B knowledge.

Good operational, administrative, interpersonal skills and fluency in English is compulsory whereas other international language skills shall be advantageous.

8. COMMIS CHEF

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or completed three years’ chef apprenticeship. Candidates with good practical and operational skills, and a flair for creativity, will be given preference.

Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, occupational health and food safety standards.

9. STEWARD

Minimum School Leaving Certificate. Preferably diploma or professional certification in hospitality or tourism management.

Minimum one year work experience in hotel operations and fluency in English is preferred.

A basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene.
