SPECIFICATION:

FULL DESCRIPTION:

Jawalakhel Group of Industries (JGI), one of the largest organizations in Nepal having several Companies under its flagship, which manufacture and distribute leading brands of alcoholic beverages, is looking for competent and qualified Nepalese candidates for the positions as mentioned below:

1.Factory Manager Procurement Officer
Nawalparasi

Responsibilities:

– Ensure optimum and efficient production management.

– Ensure efficient inventory management.

– Ensure quality of raw materials and packaging materials during receipt and storage

– Ensure highest product quality

– Manage the operations of administration, HR, Procurement, Finance and other relevant functions at the factory and coordinate with head office as required

– Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements related to factory operations

– Maintain safety and security of the factory, assets and employees with necessary proactive measures in place

– Ensure proper liaison with the Internal Revenue Department, Labor Office, District Administration/CDO and other government offices as required to support business

– Maintain relation with Security Companies and government security agencies for Company’s safety and security

Qualification and Experience:

– Bachelor’s Degree in management, science or engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience

 

2.Assistant Manager production

Nawalparasi

Responsibilities:

– Prepare production plan in coordination with the Factory Manager

– Ensure production as per the production plan

– Ensure that product meets the quality parameters during production

– Prepare preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance plan in the bottling section for smooth operation

– Ensure the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

– Ensure quality of packaging materials before production

– Prepare and maintain records of blend loss, raw material consumption and excise sticker usage

– Supervise bottling staff during production for producing quality products and achieving daily production target

Qualification and Experience:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience or Master’s Degree in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience

3.Store Officer

Chitwan, Nawalparasi

Responsibilities:

– Monitor and issue raw materials and packaging materials

– Monitor and issue the requested spare parts

– Monitor and recheck the reconciliation of stock

– Check and verify prepared GRN

– Ensure efficient inventory management

– Prepare and submit necessary reports

Qualification and Experience:

– Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

 

4.Junior Sales Executive

Kathmandu

Responsibilities:

– Achieve the sales targets

– Implement Branding Activities as per sanction and carry out merchandizing activities in outlets (POPs of each brand, each item in each shop)

– Visit market to increase sales

– Communicate with wholesalers and retailers to ensure product placement and sales offtake

– Collect orders and ensure timely delivery and collection

Qualification and Experience:

– SLC with 2 years of relevant experience or Intermediate Level along with 1 year of relevant experience
Nawalparasi

Responsibilities:

– Identify and recommend vendors based on established criteria

– Process purchase orders as per the approved requisitions

– Ensure the timely delivery of ordered materials

– Comply with the internal and external policies

– Ensure cost efficiency on procurement of goods and services

– Maintain purchase documents and monitor the purchase activities

– Coordinate with the user departments and Head Office for effective and smooth operation

– Maintain local vendor list and purchase report

– Evaluate vendor performance

– Maintain vendor relationship

– Submit report to concerned authorities as required

Qualification and Experience:

– Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

5.Electrician

Nawalparasi

Responsibilities:

– Ensure maintenance of lights and electrical fittings at the bottling hall, blending room, general office rooms and compound of the factory premises

– Ensure motors and electrical components of the machineries at the production hall and blending hall are in working condition

– Manage panel board to operate machines smoothly during production

– Maintain and service generator to ensure smooth operations during power outages.

– Manage transformers to support production unit by controlling the voltage of the electricity

– Any other tasks related to repair and maintenance as required

Qualification and Experience:

– Diploma in Electrical Engineering (CTEVT) or Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience

6.Trainee Operators

Birgunj, Nawalparasi, Chitwan

Responsibilities:

– Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment

– Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimize unplanned stops

– Ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials

– Maintain logs of record readings

– Monitor condition of unit and troubleshoot when parameters are found to be out of normal operating range

– Perform any other duties/projects as assigned by supervisor

Qualification and Experience:

– CTEVT diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent diploma

7.Bottling LIne Machine Operator

Nawalparasi

Responsibilities:

– Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on bottling line machine

– Ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials

– Monitor condition of unit and troubleshoot when parameters are found to be out of normal operating range

– Minimize process loss of materials and bottles/ caps/ labels

– Ensure quality of the bottles to prevent the product from quality complaints

– Prepare reports as required

Qualification and Experience:

– Higher Secondary with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
