SAMA Printers Pvt. Ltd., Nepal’s one of the largest Press is looking for highly motivated personnel for the following position:
Workstation: Bhaisepati, Lalitpur.
- Job Title: CTP Operator (2)
Job Description:
- Receive Final Jobs files accordingly to the Production Schedule
- Responsible for feeding CTP machine with required Plates
- Should deliver plates to production after checking
- Responsible for regular cleaning and maintenance of CTP machines
- Record plates consumption and CTP reports
- Produce printing plates for Komori Offset press using CTP Kodak
Qualification:
- Minimum graduate in any field
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field
Requirement/ Skills:
- Working knowledge of publishing applications like Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc
- Ability to work in shifts and during unsociable hours
- Self motivated team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines
- Should have a positive learning attitude and the ability to work meticulously
- Job Title: Helpers – Binding & Printing (4)
Job Description:
- Provide assistance in the hi-end binding & Printing machines
- Support the entire team in the Press and Post press operations
Qualification:
- Minimum SLC pass
Requirement/ Skills:
- Basic knowledge of binding
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Job Title: CTP & Prepress Assistant (2)
Job Description:
- Photo inspection using Adobe Photoshop
- Checking advertisements using publishing applications
- Print Color Management
Qualification:
- Minimum graduate in any field
- Candidates having prior work experience in a similar position will be given preference However fresh candidates may also apply
Requirement/ Skills:
- Should be able to work in a team as well as individually
- Ability to work in shifts and during unsociable hours
- Hardworking, dedicated and having a positive learning attitude
- Working knowledge of publishing applications like Acrobat, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc
