Build Change is looking for competent, smart, dynamic & committed professionals to join the team in creating permanent change in construction practice by building local skills and stimulating local demand.
Staff Engineers (SE)& Civil Engineers (CE)
These positions are open for different sub categories
SE/CE- Quality Assurance & Control (Kathmandu based with 80% travel)
SE/CE-Technical Resources Development (Kathmandu based with 20% travel)
SE/CE- Engineer Trainer (Kathmandu based with 50% travel)
SE/CE-Field Monitoring & Supervision (100% Field based)
Key criteria:
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience for SE and 1 year for CE. Applicant should have good knowledge of Auto CAD and/or other Auto desk engineering software.
Engineering Intern (El) & HR Intern (HRI)
El position is open for fresh Architects and Civil Engineers, must be flexible to relocate to various earthquake affected areas of Nepal. HRI position is open for fresh graduates in management or relevant degrees.
