UN Women Nepal is seeking applications from qualified Nepalese citizens with commitment for women, high drive for results, integrity, demonstrable teamwork and other competencies as mentioned in the job descriptions.
Job Title: Programme Analyst- Gender Statistics and EVAW
Duty Station: Kathmandu, Nepal
Contract Type and Level: Fixed-Term (NOB)
Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
Vacancy closing date: 13 January 2019
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in social sciences, human rights, gender/women’s studies, international development, or a related field is required; A project/programme management certification would be an added advantage; At least 2 years of progressively responsible work experience in development programme/project implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, donor reporting and capacity building; Experience on gender statistics will be a significant asset; Experience in governance related programmes with particular focus on ending violence against women will be an asset; Experience coordinating and liaising with government agencies and/or donors is an asset Fluency in English and Nepali is required
