  1. JOB TITLE: OFFICER – CLIENT SERVICING (3)

Job Description:

  • Establish and cultivate relationship with company’s clients
  • Handle phone bookings; respond to client inquiries and apply critical thinking and problem solving skills to find solutions to client issues
  • Develop sales proposals and collaborate with a company’s multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of products
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management from time to time

Qualification:

  • Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years’ of experience in customer service/printing/press is highly preferred

Requirement / Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good communication skills in both English and Nepali
  • Should be willing to work as part of a team
  • Excellent planning, organizing and follow up skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
