WWF Nepal is updating its current roster for potential suppliers for the following goods & services.

Goods & Services

1. Advertising
2. Computer peripherals
3. Electrical goods supply, repair and maintenance
4. Equipment (Camera, GPS, laptops, desktops, binoculars, camera traps etc.)
5. Field gear (trelddng accessories i.e. sleeping bag, mattress, tent, jacket, backpack etc.)
6. Hotels (for residential & non-residential workshop/conference/training etc.)
7. Internet services (optical fiber internet connection – minimum 20 Mbps)
8. IT services (annual maintenance contract of computers, server, network system, printer, scanner, UPS and its peripherals)
9. Office furniture supply, repair and maintenance
10. Official merchandise (apparels, mementos, etc.)
11. Printing and designing            _
12. Software and Applications
13. . Remote Sensing Software: ERDAS Imagine, ENVI, Ecognition
14. . Satellite Image: Digital Globe, Rapid Eye, GeoEye, Spot Image, ASTER,LANDSAT, World View;
15. .GIS Software: ArcGIS Software and Extension;
16. .Spatial Data: Thematic Layers (Topographic, Infrastructure, Administrative)
17. Stationery and office supplies
18. Travel services including airline ticketing, hotel booking, visa services, etc.
19. Vehicle rentals for travel inside and outside valley

Interested VAT-registered organizations are requested to submit their company profile and detailed contact information along with the following documents:

• Letter of Expression of Interest (EOI) in the organization’s letterhead duly signed by the authorised person
• Detailed company profile (including current portfolio, experience and list of clients)
• Detailed contact information (contact person, full address, telephone no., email address)
• Copy of company registration and renewal
• Copy of VAT registration certificate

The EOI should be delivered at the following address in a sealed envelope containing all required documents and marked as “Expression of Interest for          ” (clearly indicating the product/service category above) by 17:00 hours.. Thursday. 20^th April 2017. If applying for multiple categories, please apply separately for each.
