Invitation for Bids for the procurement of 4WD Double Cab Pick Up

1. The Siddhalek Rural Municipality. Office of Muncipal Executive, Bungchung, Dhading invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 4WD Double Cab Pickup under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Siddhalek Rural Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive. Bungchung, Dhading before 2020 Nov 01 (2077-07-16) during office time.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office of municipal executive, Siddhalek Rural Municipality, Bungchung, Dhading by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000 during office hours.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be not held.
5. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Siddhalek Rural Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive. Bungchung, Dhading by hand before 12.00 noon on 2020 Nov 2(2077-07-17). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 1.00 pm 2020 Nov 2(2077- 07-17) at the Siddhalek Rural Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Bungchung, Dhading.
7. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs 1,20,000.00 which sliall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. Or may also deposit the equivalent bid security amount in the office bank account mentioned below

8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
