Supply, Delivery and Related Services of Information, Communication and Technology

1. Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS) has allocated budget for procurement of Information, Communication and Technology. Bidding is open to all eligible and qualified bidders for Supply Delivery and Related Service of Information, Communication and Technology.

2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures specified in the PAHS Financial Regulation and Public Procurement Act of Nepal and arc open to all eligible bidders.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the Office of Registrar, Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS), Lagankhel, Lalitpur on PAHS official working days between 08:00 to 16:00 hours (Nepal Standard Time) from July 19, 2019 to August 08, 2019, at their own convenience.

4. Bidding documents may be purchased on or before 12:00 pm, August 08, 2019 on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon the payment of non-refundable fee of NPR 10,000.00. The method of payment will be in the form of cash deposit certificate in Account No: 00181040000455 of Laxmi Bank Limited of the Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS).

If requested in writing and on payment of an additional non-refundable fee of NPR 10,000.00 per set, documents shall be sent through a reliable courier services. The PAHS, however, will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent.

5. Scaled Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 hours (Nepal Standard Time) on August 08, 2019. Documents after this deadline shall not be accepted.

6. Bids must be valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening must be accompanied by bid security not less than 2.5 % of bid amount (Inclusive of VAT). The bid security shall be in the name of the bidders. The Bid Security must be valid for thirty (30) days beyond the bid validity period. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representative, who chose to attend in person, at the address below at 14:00 hours (Nepal Standard Time) on August 08, 2019.

7. If the specified date for submission and opening of the bid falls on a PAHS holiday, then the same time of the next working day shall be considered for such events. The bid and validity of the bid security remain unchanged unless amended by another notice.

8. Pre-bid meeting will be arranged at PAHS on July 30, 2019 at 11:30 AM. Interested bidders are requested to attend on the meeting.

9. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other documents, PAHS reserves the right to amend and correct at any time.

10. PAHS reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
