The Government of Nepal [GoN] has allocated funds towards the cost of Shuddhodhan Rural Municipality, Labani, Kapilvastu and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contracts. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

Shuddhodhan Rural Municipality, Labani, Kapilvastu invites Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage Double Envelope Technical and Price sealed bids or electronic bids in the form of Technical and Price Bids) from eligible bidders for the construction of works mentioned in table below under National Competitive Bidding procedures.

3. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:

Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of the best 3 years within the last 10 years: As stated in Qualification Criterion in section III of Bidding Document

Minimum Work experience of similar size and nature: As stated in Qualification Criterion in section HI of Bidding Document

4. Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Shuddhodhan Rural Municipality, l.abani. Kapilvastu or may visit the c-GP portal https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Only eligible bidders with the key qualifications as mentioned in the Bidding Document should participate in this bidding.
5. Bidder shall download the bidding documents for e-submission from the e-GP portal https://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below . Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Shuddhodhan Rural Municipality. Labini, Kapilvastu at 13:00 hrs on 2074/10/10.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the mentioned date and time for bid submission at Shuddhodhan Rural Municipality, Labani. Kapilvastu.
8. Bids must be valid for a period of Bid Validity Period (days) indicated in table above from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or cash deposit voucher in Account No. 3110303007106 Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd.. Taulihawa amounting to a minimum of Bid Security Amount indicated in table above, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
9. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process and reject all bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
11. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act. 2063 (Amendment 2073) and Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (Amendment 2073) and other prevailing rules and regulations.
