Bids Invitation for the Prisoner Van

The Metropolitan Police Office, Ranipokhari invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Prisoner Van.

• Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Metropolitan Police Office, (Account Section,) Ranipokhari, Kathmandu.
• Bidding documents may be purchased from the Metropolitan Police Office, (Account Section^ Kathmandu. Or Metropolitan Traffic Police Office, Ramsahapath by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate. Tax clearance certificate F/Y 2073/074 before 5^th Feb, 2018 office hour.

• For the purpose of the Bidders who wish to submit their bid electronically, can access through website https://www.bolDatra.gov.nn. They may purchase the hard copy of bidding documents or may choose to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid and submit their electronic bids as specified in the instructions to Bidders (Annex-1) in the Bid Document. In case the bidder chooses to download and submit bid electronically, the Bidder shall be required to deposit the non-refundable fee as specified above in clause 3, and submit the scanned copy (pdf format file) of the bank deposit voucher.
• Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at Metropolitan police Office Ranipokhari, Kathmandu on 23 Jan, 2018 at 15:00 pm.
• Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of Metropolitan Police Office. Ranipokhari on or before 12.00 P.V1 on 6 th Feb, 2018 documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
• Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend 14.00 PM on 6^th Feb, 2018 at Metropolitan Police Office, Ranipokhari, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to mentioned in above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period, “A” Class Bank.
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
• The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
