REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

From Nepali Public Relations/Communications Firms to craft and implement nationwide public outreach campaign for improving public perception of civil society organizations and media

FHI 360, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking Proposal from competent Nepali Public Relations/Communications Firms that specialize in conducting public outreach campaigns to improve public perception. This public outreach campaign includes design and implementation approach to reach about 7 million Nepalis across the nation. Selected organization will work as communication partner agency for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded Civil Society: Mutual Accountability Project (CS:MAP).

Interested Nepali Public Relations/Communications Firms are requested to submit Proposal based on the guidelines for preparation of the Proposal. The selection process involves review of Proposals and an onsite pre-appraisal of the shortlisted applicants. Guidelines for preparation of Proposal can be requested through email at nepaleoi@fhi360.org or a hard copy can be collected from FHI 360 Nepal Country Office reception desk between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday).

Questions and requests for clarifications will be accepted by email until 5:00 p.m. on May 12, 2017. You can send an email to nepal.eoi@fhi360.org

Hard copy (paper) of the Proposal and a CD with electronic copies of all the documents, should be submitted in a sealed envelope through following postal mailing address:

Deadline for submission of Proposal is May 31, 2017, 5:00 p.m. (in case of submission through postal mailing address, only envelopes postmarked before the deadline date will be considered). Proposal received after the deadline will not be considered for evaluation.
