Strengthening the Rule of Law and Human Rights (RoLHR) Protection System in Nepal Programme calls sealed bids offer (Technical and Financial) from legally registered and authorize individual consultants to support for developing “Common Justice Sector Strategy” for justice reform and coordination.
Individual Consultant for Proposal (ICP)
RoLHR Program is seeking three consultants’ to assist in developing a strategic framework for justice reform and coordination, under the guidance of Lead Consultant (Separately hired by RoLHR). The consultants will work in a team closely with Justice Sector Coordinator and Chief Technical Advisory in assessing specific needs and gaps in the justice sector as well as opportunities in existing justice institution and leadership in the sector.
Eligibility Criteria for:
National Consultants -Thematic based (2 nos). National Consultants ‘Strategic Management. M & E Expert (I nos)
- Meeting of all required skills and experiences mentioned in the TOR
- Meeting of all legal requirements i.e. VAT registration. Tax clearance certificate etc.
- Should be able to deliver task in a stipulated time frame.
