Individual Consultant for Proposal (ICP)

Strengthening the Rule of Law and Human Rights (RoLIIR) Protection System in Nepal Programme calls sealed bids after (Technical and Financial) from legally registered and authorize individual consultants to support for preparing “Capacity self-assessment on integrity mechanism of the judiciary ” for justice reform and coordination.

The objective of this assignment is to provide technical support to the Supreme Court in preparing the final report on capacity self-assessment on integrity mechanism of the judiciary. The Consultants will work closely with the officials of the UNDP/RoLI IR and Supreme Court/ Task Force while carrying out this assignment. The report should be prepared making proper analysis of the data and information collected and the secondary data received from the literature review.

Eligibility Criteria for:

National Consultants – (2 nos),

1. Meeting of all required skills and experiences mentioned in the TOR
2. Meeting of all legal requirements i.e. Company Registration/Renewal, VAT registration. Tax clearance certificate etc.
3. Should be able to deliver task in a stipulated time frame.
