1. Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU). Central office. Rampur. Chitwan has made allocated fluids towards the cost of Renovation of A type and A2 type quarter at Rampur. Chitwan to cover eligible payments under the contract Identification No. IFB 13/073/074.
2. Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU). Central office. Rampur. Chitwan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for as mention below.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Central office. Rampur. Chitwan or may visit PPMO website bolpatra gov.np. Bid Document fee should deposit a non-refuuclable construction and renovation work of Nrs. 3.000.00 cash deposit voucher in Rastriya Banijya Bank. Baueshwor. Kathmandu. A C’ No. 142000001506
4. Eligible bidders shall submit their bid electronically. Bidders to submit then bid electronically may down load the bidding documents till 12:00 Noon 31* Day offirst publication of this notice. Bids shall be opened at Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU). Central Office. Rampur. Chitwan in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 PM on 31^th day of first publication of this notice.
5. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security Rs. 1.76.000.00 of Bidding Amount. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Rastriya Banijya Bank. Baueshwor. Kathmandu AC 142000001506 or a bid bond issued by A class commercial bank approved by Nepal Rastra Bank valid for 90 days.
6. The matters not specified in this notice and Bidding Document shall be in accordance with the prevailing laws (Public Procurement Act. 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations. 2064) of Nepal and Financial Rule. 2069 of Agriculture and Forestry University.
7. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject the bid wholly or partly any or all application or bids without assigning any reason, what so ever.
