Invitation to Bid Mega Bank Nepal Limited

Rising Mall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu Construction of Regional Office Building at Butwal

1. Bid documents can be purchased from the Head Office, Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Rising Mall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu by interested Bidders.
2. While submitting the bid documents, bidders should include a copy of Company/Firm registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate, Tax Clearance certificate for fiscal year 2016/17(2073/74) and self declaration letter stating eligibility in carrying out the work as per the terms and conditions stated herein.
3. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes- one for Financial Proposal and the other for Technical Proposal. Financial Proposal must contain completely filled BOQ and Bid Security from an ‘A’ Class Commercial Bank of Nepal. Technical Proposal should contain all other documents stated in ITB establishing qualification of the bidder.
4. Sealed-bids must be submitted to Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Head Office, Rising Mall Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Documents received after submission deadline shall not be accepted.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder’s representatives (who choose to attend) on the opening date at Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Head Office, Rising Mall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
6. The next working day shall be considered the last day incase the afore-mentioned deadline falls on a government holiday.
7. Bids should comply in all respects with the “Instruction to Bidder” included in the Bid Document. Non-compliance with these instructions shall result in disqualification.
8. Bidders should have completed atleast one project with project cost of NPR 80 Million (In case of JV, Interior Contractor and Civil Contractor should have completed atleast one project with project of cost of NPR 50 million and NPR 30 million respec­tively)
9. Bidders should have an average Turnover of NPR 75 Million in the last 3 Financial Years.
10. Bidders should have a minimum experience of 5 years in the related field.
11. In case of discrepancy or error in Tender notice, bid document and other documents in Construction of Regional Office Building Project, Bank reserves the right to amend/correct the same at any time. Such amendments and corrections shall be published in a National Daily newspaper and notice board of Mega Bank Nepal Limited
12. Interested Bidders can obtain further information and inspect the bid documents at the Administration Department, Mega Bank Nepal Limited, Head Office, Rising Mall, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

13. Mega Bank Nepal Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids either wholly or in part without assigning any reason whatsoever.
