Invitation for National Competitive Bidding for the Construction Work on the Following Project

1. Barbardiya Municipality Office, Bardiya invites National Competitive Bidding(NCB) from registered contractors for the construction of following works.
2. The Estimated amount for the works are as specified on the following Table.
3. Eligible Bidders may get further information on telephone: 084-404107zmail: barbardivamun@gmail.com or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. Bidders shall have submit their bid electronically only. No hard copy will be provided or accepted in the office.
5. Bids shall be opened in the presence Or in the absence of Bidders’ representatives chosen by Bidders to attend at 14:00 hour and 2075/01/12 at the office of Barbardiya Municipality, Bardiya.
6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting as specified for each item in the following table, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
7. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Office Account No. B241498251524004 at NIC ASIA Bank, Magragadhi Branch and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid document and Office Account no:. B241498251524001 (for Bid document cost).
8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
9. Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bids.
10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partially any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
