Nepal Television will acquire to improve its content by adding and upgrading some more equipment in such a way to have an efficient digital graphics system with more flexibility and facilities to support three channels play-out. NRCS. Video wall and post production.

For this purpose, Nepal Television invites sealed bids from interested Bidders for the Bid No. NTV-074/75-11 for “System Integration. Testing & Commissioning of Graphics System, Video wall System and Accessories”

The offered system software shall include

Real-time 3D Graphic System for Broadcasting professional TV Graphics (News. Business. Elections. Sports. Weather. Event. Entertainment. Promo. Presentation, tracking and nonpracticing virtual sets with built-in chrome and pre and post chrome color correction, social media integration, video wall graphics. Interactive graphics)

System includes all up-to-date tools including lower thirds, scroll bars, information bugs and full frame graphics

The system should be for graphics design, creation, custom and play out

• The Bidders, who meet the Qualification Criteria, can participate in this Bid. Therefore, before purchasing the Bidding Document, Bidders are requested to read the document available in http://www.bolpatra.gov.np carefully.

• Bidding documents may be purchased by eligible bidders from the EGPportal of PPMO www.bolpatra.gov.np upon by submitting bank receipt non-refundable fee of NPR5000(In Words: Nepali Rupees: Five Thousand Only).Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Nepal Television. Central Office. Singhdurbar. Kathmandu. Nepal at 2:00 PM on June 25.2018.
• Sealed Bid (hard copy) must be submitted within 7 days from the opening of the bid to the above office. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
• Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives (if none of the representative is present, even the bid shall be opened) at 2:00 PM on July 20, 2018 at Nepal Television. Central Office. Singhdurbar. Kathmandu. Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to NPR.10.00,000(In Words: Nepali Rupees: One Million Only) which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period .If the bidder intends to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash shall deposit in the account of the Purchaser as specified below and submit (upload) the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.

Bidders are requested to deposit sufficient amount including respective bank cliarges so that the net amount should be as mentioned above.

• If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last day. In such case, the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
• In bid opening day. bid shall be opened in the presence of bidders, bidder’s representatives or absence of both.
• The Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid. and to annul the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to Contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the Bidders.
