- District Health Office Dhading (hereafter Employer) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the
following building construction works.

- The construction period for each contract is 45 days from the date of agreement. The estimated amount for each contract is 46,35,482.51 without VAT. Other related information for each contract is as mentioned below.

- Bidding will be conducted through NCB procedures.
- A complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased from the office of the Employer by interested bidders on submission of a written application, on or before Office hours of 2074/01/22 along with copy of company / firm registration / Vat registration / Tax clearance certificate for the FY 072/073, and upon payment of a non refundable fee (as mentioned above in the table).
- Sealed Bids must be submitted to the address of the Employer’s office below on or before 12:00 NOON on 2074-01- 24. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as specified in notice above on Account No. 1030203000001, Office code – 25-370-01 at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Banking office Dhadingbesi or from recognized “A” class bank with addressing office as below. Total period of bank guarantee shall be 120 days after the last date of Bid submission.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below immediately after the submission deadline at 12:00 hours on 2074-01-24.
- Bidders can bid as a single contractor or in the form of a joint venture of maximum of three contracting firms. In the case of joint venture, JV agreement should be compulsorily submitted.
- Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.
- Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Employer’s office at 13:00 hours on 2074-01-17.
- If the last date of purchasing, submission, opening or the date of pre-bid meeting falls on a government holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
- The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, any bid and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
