Multipurpose Development Management Services Nepal, Morang (MDMS), in collaboration with World Vision International Nepal (WVIN) is constructing 2 Room RCC School Buildings in different locations of Morang and therefore invites bids from eligible bidders for the same.Only eligible bidders whose annual average turnover in last 5 years is Five Million Rupees and has work experience of similar size and nature (at least one contract of 2.5 million Rupees or above within last 5 years) can participate in this bidding process.

• A complete set of bidding documents may be collected from MDMS within office hours from 12th March 2017 up to 3rd April 2017 by upon the submission of written application alongwith legal documents (copy of PAN/VAT certificate, copy of license, tax clearance certificate) or electronic copy of bidding document can be requested by submitting the scanned copy (*.pdf format) of above mentioned documents via email.
• All bids accompanied by a bid Security (as specified below) must be delivered in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders latest by 5:00 PM on 3rd April 2017 in the addresses given below.TheTechnical Proposal will be opened at MDMS office Morang in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at 12:00 Hrs. (NST) on the same day.

• MDMS reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
