1. DDC Makwanpur invites bids for procurement of fabricated steel parts for SSTB. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents for bids at the Office of the District Coordination Committee, Makwanpur Mobile no. 9844030848, Phone no. 057525868, e-mail: makwanpurdto@gmail.com, DDC’s website: ddcmakwanpur.gov.np and Fax No. 057521673 or may

visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np.

2. The Bidding documents, in English language will be made available to eligible bidders on the submission of written application along with the copy of company/ firm registration certificate and tax clearance certificate of FY 2072/73 from the office upon payment of non-refundable fee of NRs 3,000 (Account no. 02503000000004003001 in Nepal Bank Limited, Hetauda) within ofTicc hour till 2074/01/12 (April 25,2017.)
3. Bids must be submitted to the Office of The District Co-ordination Committee, Makwanpur,Hetauda. before 12:00 hours on 2074/01/13 (April 26, 2017. Alternatively, bidders may submit their bid electronically through E- procurement section of PPMO’s web site bolpatra.gov.np as specified in the Instruction to Bidders. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the from of cash, bidder has to deposit cash in Deposit Account No.02503000000003000001 of DDC Office, Hetauda, Makwanpur in Nepal bank Limited, Hetauda and submit bank deposit vouchcr along with the bid. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened physically and electronically at 13:00 hours on 2074/01/13 (April 26, 2017. A pre bid meeting will be held on 2073/12/30 (April 12,2017) 14:00 hours at the office. Bid validity /Security periods shall be 90/120 days from opening dates respectively.
4. If the last date of pre-bid meeting, purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognize with cffect from the original bid submission deadline.
