7. Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU). Central Office. Rainpur. C’hitwan has made allocated funds towards the cost of Construction of 1000 MT Seed House Godown and Landscaping work at Rainpur. Chitwan, to cover eligible payments under the contract Identification No. IFB 03 and 08/074/075.
8. Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU). Central Office. Rampur. Chitwan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of 1000 MT Seed House God own and Landscaping work at Rampur. Chitwan under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
9. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Central Office of AFU. Chitwan or may visit PPMO website bolpatra.gov.up
10. Eligible bidders shall submit their bid electronically. Bidders to submit their bid electronically may down load the bidding documents till 12:00 Noon 31th Day of first publication of this notice from PPMO’s Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders, downloading the Bid Document should deposit a non-re fundable fee of bidding document in the account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher. Registration. VAT Registration. Tax Clearance Certificate of Fiscal year 2073/074 and other necessary documents shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. Payment shall be in the form of cash deposit voucher in Nepal Bank Ltd, Rainpur, Chitwan A/C no. 08500106420831000002
11. The accepted bids shall be opened at Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU). Central Office. Chitwan in the presence of the bidder’s representatives w ho choose to attend at 14:00 PM on 31th day Non-attendance of any or all of the bidders representatives shall not hinder the opening of the bids. Hard copy of bids shall be submitted within seven days after the opening of bids.
12. If the specified date for bid opening falls on government holiday then the same time on the next working day shall be considered for such events.
13. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2.5% of Bidding Amount. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Nepal Bank Ltd, Rampur, Chitwan A/c no. 08500106420831000002 or a bid bond issued by A class commercial bank approved by Nepal Rastra Bank valid for 30 days beyond bid validity period of 90 days.
14. Maximum number of J/V partner shall not be more than two.
15. The matters not specified in this notice and Bidding Document shall be in accordance with the prevailing laws (Public Procurement Act. 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations. 2064) of Nepal and Financial Rule. 2069 of Agriculture and Forestry University.
16. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject the bid w holly or partly any or all application or bids without assigning any reason, what so ever.
