A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased from the address below by interested bidders on the submission of a written application along with attested copies of company / firm registration certificate valid for F.Y. 2073/74. VAT Registration Certificate. Tax Clearance Certificate of F.Y. 2072/73 and upon payment of a non-re fund able fee for each package within the office hours up 2074 Shrawan 31, (15 August 2017). For submitting of hard copy, the bidding documents purchase from ECN only acceptable.
75. If bidders wish to submit their bids electronically, the electronic bidding submission procedures shall be choose to download the necessary pail of bidding documents from the E-procurement section of PPMO’s website bolpatra.gov.np.. The Bidder shall be required to deposit the cost of bidding document (as specified in above) in the Revenue Account no KA-1-1-001, Office Code no 27-212-02 Revenue code No. 14227 in the name of District Treasury Controller Office . Lainchaur. Kathmandu located at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd. Thamel Branch as specified below. In addition, electronic scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be also required to be submitted along with the electronic bid files.
76. Bids must be submitted to the address below at or before 12:00 hours of 2074 Shrawan 32 (August 16. 2017) the contract, contract identification number, bidder’s name and address. Bids received after the deadline shall not be accepted.
77. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below at 14:00 his on 2074 Shrawan 32 (August 16. 2017) Bid must be valid for 120 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting maintained above, shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
78. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Dharauti Account no 1100203000000. Office Code no 27-212-02 in the name of District Treasury Controller Office Lainchaur, kathmandu located at Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd. Thamel Branch and should submit the original receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the Bid.
79. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
80. Pre bid meeting will at 13 hours on 2074 Shrawan 19 (August 3. 2017)
81. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other document, the Election Commission, Nepal reserves the right to amend or correct or cancel the bid at any time. Election Commission Nepal will not responsive for any additional cost of bidders due to the amendment or correction or calculation of bid.
82. If bidders are not manufacturer, they must submit sole authorization letter from the manufacturer or from the authorized distributor of the manufacturer.
83. The Election Commission. Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject or cancel. wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
