National Water Supply and Sanitation Training Centre, Panipokhari. Kathmandu, Nepal invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the construction of below mentioned works under National Competitive Bidding; Single Stage, Two Envelope Bidding Procedures. Some of the Qualification-Criteria are as mentioned below; the details are in the bidding documents.

- A complete set of Bidding Documents can be downloaded from PPMO’s website bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders should deposit the cost of each bidding documents NRs 10.000.00 in the Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

- Electronic Bids; (one Technical Bid and the other price bid ) and manual Bid must be submitted before 12:00 hours on 25th chaitra (8th April 2018). Late Bids will be rejected
- Technical Bids will be opened electronically immediately in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at 13:00 hrs. on the last day of bid submission, at the NWSSTC. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security from recognized commercial bank or cash deposit in account no: 1100203000000, Office cod no.27-347-08 (Rastriya Banijya Bank.Thamel) which shall be valid for at least 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid after the date of bid opening.
- The Pre-bid meeting for item no. I and 2 shall be held at National Water Supply and Sanitation Training Center Office. Panipokhari on 14th chaitra 2074 (28th March 2018) at 13:00 hrs.
- If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a Government Holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
- NWSSTC reserves the right to amend and correct at any time in case of discrepancies or error in bidding documents. Tender notice and Other documents.
- After the completion of evaluation of Technical Bid. all the Technically Responsive Bidders will be invited to attend the opening of Price Bids. The time, date and place of opening of Price Bids shall be notified in writing and or publishing notice or electronically.
- The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the process and reject all bids at any time to contract award,
- The documents specified as “Mandatory*’ in Bid document should be included in e- submission and no submission of the documents shall be considered as non-responsive bid
- If any Provisions of this document are inconsistent with Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2063 and Public Procurement Regulations (PPR), 2064 (including revisions), the provisions of this document shall be void to the extent of such inconsistency and the provisions of PPA and PPR prevail.
