Invitation for Bids for the Procurement of Works under Lump Sum Contract

(Construction Turnkey Package |CTP|)

The Bhajani Municipality. Office of the Municipal Executive, Bhajani. kailali invites sealed bids from registered contractors for the construction of following Trail Bridge on Construction Turnkey Package (CTP) basis from the eligible Civil Contractors. Bidders Average Annual Construction Turnover and Experience requirements are given below. Detailed Evaluation and Qualification Criteria are provided in Section 3 of the Bid Documents.

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the Bhajani Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive. Bhajani, Kailali or may visit PPMO Website: www.bolpatra.gov.np

Bidding documents may be purchased from the Bhajani Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Bhajani. Kailali by eligible Bidders, on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee for tender documents as mentioned in the following table, until 2^nd Baishak 2075 from the first date of publication of this notice.

Bidders who choose to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from the PPMO’s website: www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidders submitting their bids electronically, should deposit the cost ( as specified below) of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa( Revenue) amount as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidders at the time of electronic submission of the bids. Bids must be submitted to the office of Bhajani Municipality. Office of the Municipal Executive, Bhajani, Kailali. on or before 12:00 noon on  3^rd Baishak 2075 Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2:00 PM on 3^rd Baishak 2075 at the Office of Bhajani Municipality, Kailali. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of 2.5 % of the quoted Bid amount (inclusive of N AT), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.

If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No. 0822301005882089, Office of Municipal Executives, Bhajani, Kailali, Bank: Agriculture Development Bank,Sukhad,Kailali and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.

If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid.

Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held at the office of Bhajani Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Bhajani. Kailali 2 PM on 20^th Chaitra 2074.
