1. Bheemdtatt Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive , Kanchanpur; Province no.- 7, Nepal invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following works:

Eligible bidders may obtain further information’s and inspect the bidding documents at Bheemdtatt Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Kanchanpur, Province no.- 7, Nepal 1 or may visit PPMO website – bolpatra.gov.np. Interested bidders submit their bids electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents from the Bheemdtatt Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive , , Kanchanpur, Province no.- 7, Nepal. Nepal on the submission of written application along with the copy of company/ firm registration certificates and other necessary documents and upon payment of a non refundable fee of NRs 3000.00 within 30^lh days from the date of publication of this notice at office hours or may download the necessary part of bidding documents from the E-procurement section of PPMO’s website www.bolpatra.gov.np. Bidder submitting their bid electronically should deposit the cost of bidding document (as specified in above) of bidding document in the Rajsawa (revenue) Account as specified below and scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall bealso uploaded by the at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

Bids must be submitted Bheemdatta Municipality, Kanchanpur electronically through PPMO’s website – bolpatra.gov.np on or before 12:00 hours of 31th days from the date of publication of this notice.Sealed bids must be delivered to Bheemdtatt Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Kanchanpur\ Province no.- 7, Nepal, before 12:00 hours on or before 31 days from the date of publication. And submit the receipt of the deposited amount cash along with bid.
4. Bids received after the deadline of the submission will be rejected. The Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at Bheemdtatt Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive , Kanchanpur, Province no.- 7, Nepal at 14:00 Hours on 31^th days from publication date of this notice. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of bid submission. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of amount mentioned above, valid 30 days beyond the validity period of Bid. If bidder wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in:

5. If the last day for purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
6. Bids should comply in all respects with the Instructions to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Non compliance with this instruction will result in disqualification.
7. In the case of discrepancies or error in bid documents, bid notice or any other documents, Bheemdatt Municipality reserves the right to amend and correct at any time.
8. Bidders submitting the bid electronically must submit the original copies Hard Copy ) of mandatory documents to Bheemdtatt Municiaplity Office of the Municipal Executive, Kanchanpur; Province no.- 7, Nepal within 5 days of the last date of bid Submision. Non submission of hard Copy by the bidders within the specify time shall be considered as non responsive and may cause forfeiture bid security.
9. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
