INVITATION FOR BIDS

(First Date of Publication: 29 October, 2017)

1. Bhokraha Rural Municipality invites sealed Bids under the following Terms and Condition from the interested and eligible Firms.
2. The bidder should submit PAN and VAT registration certificate, tax clearance or tax return filed slip for 2073/74, Authorization/agency certificate in case of the bidder being a dealer/agency.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address below. Each set of bidding documents purchased by the 27 Nov, 2017 from the address mentioned below. The eligible bidder can submit a written application to the Bhokraha Rural Municipality and upon payment of a non-refundable fee @NRs. 3000.
4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 Noon, 28 November 2017. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representative at the address below at 1:00 pm, 28 November 2017. If the bidder representative is unable to present in the date, the opening of the bid will not be hampered.
5. The Bidder must include technical specification, operation manual and cataloger and deliver according to the bid documents.
6. If the last date of the Bid purchasing, submission and opening falls on a public holiday, the following working day will be applicable. In such case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
7. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for bid submission date (last date of bid submission). Bid security shall remain valid up to 120 days after the deadline for bid submission date (last date of bid submission).
8. The Bid Security (Bank guarantee) shall confirm to the standard format as specified in the bid document. The bid security guarantee issued only by "A" class Commercial Banks shall be accepted.
9. The approval or non-approval of Bid will be the sole responsibility of Bhokraha Rural Municipality with or without any causes.
10. Other conditions will be applied according to Procurement Act, 2063 and Procurement regulation, 2064 and other relevant laws of Government of Nepal.
11. Bhokraha Rural Municipality invites sealed Bids from the eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery and Related Services as shown in table below.
