INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR IT EUIPMENTS, SURVEY ACCESSORIES, SURVEY MATERIALS, TOTAL STATION AND VEHICLES

• The Survey Department. Cadastral Survey Division invites Sealed Bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT Equipment .Total Station, Survey Accessories and Vehicles, as specified below.
• Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from Survey Department. Cadastral Survey Division. Minbhawan. Kathmandu within the deadline of Purchasing Bid Document, as specified in the table.
• Bidding documents may be purchased from the Survey Department. Cadastral Survey Division, Minbhawan along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate/business registration certificate, VAT registration certificate and tax clearing certificate/tax returns submission evidence for the fiscal year 2072/73 and upon payment of a non refundable fee as mentioned in the table below. For identification Number CSD02/ SM/074/075, the bidder must submit copy of Business Permission Certificate issued by District Administration Office OR

Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and can inspect the Bidding Documents in www.bolpatra. gov.np and Bidding can be submitted electronically (only for IFB No. CSD01/SA/074/75, CSD02/SM/074/75 & CSD03/TS/074/75 ) following the procedures specified in the bid document.

The price for bid document as mentioned in the table below should be deposited in the Office Code No.: 27- 336-13, Revenue Account No.           (Rajaswa Sirshak No. 14227) at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali,

and its scanned copy should be uploaded along with other necessary documents as specified in the e-bidding procedure of the bid document.

• Sealed Bids must be submitted to the Survey Department. Cadastral Surety Division within the mentioned deadline. Documents received after the mentioned deadline shall not be accepted.
• Sealed Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives on the following given date and time at the Survey Department.Cadastral Survey Division, Minbhawan, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days for Tender and 45 days for Sealed Quotation counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. The bid security amount shall be according as mentioned below. If bidder wishes to submit the Cash Security, the cash should be deposited in Office code 27-336-13, Deposit Account No. 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
• The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
