- A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from DUDBC, Division Office, Rupandehi by eligible Bidders or authorized representative of bidders on the submission of a written application along with the attested copy of company/firm registration certificate valid for fiscal year 2073/074, copy of VAT and PAN registration certificate, tax clearance certificate up to 2072/073 upon payment of a non refundable fee prescribed in the above table. Alternatively, bidder may download the bidding documents and submit their bids electronically through cdudbc.gov.np as specific in the Bid document for provision of E-Bidding
- The Technical Bid and Financial Bid shall be sealed in two separate envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid & both bids shall be sealed in a single envelope and sealed and marked as Bid in the form of Hard copy or electronic bids in the form of Technical Bid and Financial Bid.
