NepaliArmy HeadquartersBhadrakali. Tel. 977 -1- 4258263 by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable as mentioned above till2074-l0-18during office hours. Or Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the Project’s Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below . Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank: Name of the Bank : Nepal Bank Limited Name of Office : Nepal Army. Engineering Department Office Code no. : 27-345-32 Office Account no. : 00201000000000014000 Rajaswa (revenue) Shirshak no.: 14227 • Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Kathmandu -Terai/MadheshFast Track Road Project .Bhadrakali Kathmandu on 2074-10- 11 at 1.00PM . • Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office Kathmandu -Tcrai/Madhcsh Fast Track Road Project by hand/ courier or through PPMO’s e-GP system www.bolpatra.eov.np/egp on or before 12.00 on 2074-10-19 Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. • The Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 2.00 PM on2074-10-19at the office of Kathmandu -Terai /Madhesh Fast Track Road Project. • If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission. • The bidders are allowed to bid only one bids. In case if bidders bid more than one bids, it will be disqualified for bid evaluation process. • After c-submission of Bids, hard copies of Documents and details should be submitted within 7 days from the date of bid opening otherwise the bid shall not be entertained for further evaluation. No other notice shall be published for this purpose. |
