1. ICCDC invites open competitive bidding from eligible bidders for the construction given in the table below under National Competitive bidding Procedures. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of ICCDC. New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Telephoned 1-4494411/4472460 and email iccnepal@live.com or may visit PPMO website bolpatra.gov.np.
3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office International Convention Center Development Committee, New Baneshwor. Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Nrs. 1000.00 (One thousand only) till BS 2074/03/16 If so requested, the Bidding Documents can also be sent by post/courier services upon payment of additional cost of NRs. /amount/. However, the Employer will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of the documents so sent.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO‘s Web Site www.bolpatra.fjounp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost(as specified above) of bidding document in the account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically should submit hard copy of complete document of their e-bid to the ICCDC within 7 days from the last date of submission of bid.

4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at ICCDC, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu at 1:00 pm on BS 2074/03/02
5. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office ICCDC, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu by hand/courier or through PPMO website bolpatra.fjov.np. on or before 12:00 noon on BS 2074/03/18 Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 hours on BS 2074/03/18 at the office of ICCDC, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of Nrs. 148000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 120 days).
7. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
8. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act-2063, Public Procurement Regulations-2064 and their amendments.
