- Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of NTC by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate. VAT/PAN registration certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified in the table above on office hour. Information to deposit the bid security amount in Bank

- Sealed Bids must be submitted to the office of NTC, Thimi, Bhaktapur. Nepal on or before above mentioned date and time. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
- The sealed bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend above mentioned date and time in the office of NTC, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal
- Quotations must be valid for a period of 4S days after opening of sealed quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting as specified above, which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the Sealed Quotations.
- If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
- Regarding Bid No NTC/G/SQ/06/2073/74 the bidders must submit the Printing Press license from authorized Government body.
- The NTC, Thimi, Bhaktapur. Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
- All clauses will be included as per latest amendment of procurement law’s.
