The National Tuberculosis Centre (NTC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of following items

1. Bidding documents may be purchased from the office of NTC by eligible Bidders on the submission of a wntten application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration certificate and upon payment of a non-refundable fees and date as specified in the table above on office hour.

OR

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically for may purchase the hard copy of bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMOs website www.bolpatra.gov.np Bidders submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified above) of bidding document in the offices’ revenue account as specified above and the scanned copy (PDF Format) of the bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids.

2. Information to deposit the bid security amount in Bank Name of the Bank: Nepal bank Limited. Bhaktapur Name of the Office: District Treasury Control Office. Bhaktapur Office Account No: Kha 3-19-51-9074
3. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the office of NTC, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal on or before above mentioned date and time. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
4. The seated bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend above mentioned date and time in the office of NTC, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal
5. Quotations must be valid for a period of 90 days after opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security of Bank Guarantee, amounting as specified above, which shall be valid for 120 days after opening of the Sealed Quotations {For NCB 03 and 04) for SQ 04 45 days after opening of Sealed quotations and must be accompanied by Cash Security or Bank Guarantee, amounting as specified above, which shall be valid for 75 days after opening of the Sealed Quotations.
6. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
7. The NTC, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
8. All clauses will be included as per latest amendment of procurement law’s.
