Invitation for Bids for the Supply and Delivery following Vehicles

1. The Nepal Agricultural Research Council, Singhdurbar Plaza, Kathmandu invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of following Vehicles. The bidder may submit the sealed bid for Supply and Delivery of Following Vehicles. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC), Singhadurbar Plaza, Kathmandu,

3. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the above office of Nepal Agricultural Research Council, Singhdurbar Plaza, Kathmandu on or before as shown in the table below. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
4. Bidding documents may be purchased from the above office of Nepal Agricultural Research Council, Singhdurbar Plaza, Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as shown in table below.

The Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and can inspect the Bidding Documents in www.bolpatra.gov.np and the e-Bidding procedure shall be as specified in the bid document.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives at specified date and time as shown in table below at the office of Nepal Agricultural Research Council, Singhdurbar Plaza, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of (90 days for NCB and 45 days for Sealed Quotation) counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to a minimum of as specified in the table below for each package, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (bid validity period 120 days for NCB and 75 Days for SQ).
6. If the Bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Nepal Rastra Bank, in Bid Security Account: 1201200001002524 District Treasury Control Office, Babarmahal, Kathmandu and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
7. Pre-Bid meeting shall be organized on 26th Sept, 2017 at 14:00 Hrs, only for NCB at Nepal Agricultural Research Council, Singhdurbar Plaza, Kathmandu.
8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
9. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
10. Bidders are requested to submit the Bid Security as package wise as specified in the table below.
11. Any provisions which are not mentioned in this notice will be consistent with Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2063 / Public Procurement Regulations (PPR), 2064 and other prevailing Nepalese Rules.
