1. Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC), Branch Office ,Rajbiraj invites sealed bids for the construction of Office Building from eligible registered contractors having qualification as mentioned in the bidding document for the contracts as mentioned below.
2. Eligible bidders may obtain for the information and inspects the bidding documents after purchase at Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC) Branch Office, Rajbiraj Tel.No:031-521254. 031-523767 Fax. 031- 523767 or NWSC Branch office, Lahan, Siraha Tel. No. 033-560931.

• A complete set of bidding documents in English for the work may be purchased from the Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC). Branch Office : Rajbiraj, or Branch Office : Lahan by interested bidders on the submission of a written application, attested copies of registration firm, VAT registration certificate and TAX clearance certificate of FY 2072/073 and upon payment of non refundable fees Rs 3000.00 (Three thousands) only within the counter hours up to 2074/02/08 (22^nd May, 2017) Or may download the bid document from the website by depositing the amount in the following account within the date and time specified above. Interested bidders may visit e-GP portal of PPMO web site http://www.bolpatra.gov.np.

1. All the purchased bid document shall be sealed in an envelope and must be submitted addressing to the Office Chief. Nepal Water Supply Corporation, Branch Office:- Rajbiraj, before 12:00 hours up to 2074/02/09 (23^rd May, 2017). Envelop must bear the contract no. bidders name and address with contact Telephone/Fax no. Alternatively, bidders may submit their Bids electronically through e-GP portal of PPMO web site http://www.bolpatra.gov.np. as specified in the instruction to bidder. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.
2. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders representative who choose to attend at 14:00 hours, 2074/02/09 (23^rd May, 2017) at the NWSC, Branch Office:- Rajbiraj. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bidding opening and must be accompanied by bid security issued by ‘A* class bank of amount 3,16,000.00 which shall be valid at least for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
3. If a bidder wishes to submit the bid security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Nepal Water Supply Corporation, Current Account no. 218000691501 at Rastriva Banijya Bank, Rajbiraj and submit the original receipt of the deposited amount along with the bid.

• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
• Bidders arc advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions accessibility, availability and cost of construction materials before submitting their bid at their own responsibility.

1. A Pre-bid meeting will take place on the 20^lh day from first date of publication of this notice at Nepal Water Supply Corporation, Branch Office:-Rajbiraj at 13:00 hours if that day falls on a Government holiday then the meeting will be held on next working day.
2. In case of discrepancies or error in bidding document, tender notice or any other documents the NWSC reserves the right to amend and correct at any time.
3. Subject uncovered under this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act 2063 and the Public Procurement Regulation 2064.

• The unit price furnished in words shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between figures and words.
• The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids or cancel the bidding process without assigning any reason, whatsoever
