A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from Nepalgunj Town Development Committee, Banke by eligible Bidders or authorized representative of bidders on the submission of a written application along with the attested copy of company/firm registration certificate valid for fiscal year 2074/075, copy of VAT and PAN registration certificate, tax clearance certificate up to 2073/074 upon payment of a non refundable fee prescribed in the above table. Alternatively, bidder may download the bidding documents and submit their bids electronically through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp as specified in the Bid document for provision of E-Bidding

The Technical Bid and Financial Bid shall be sealed in two separate envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid & both bids shall be sealed in a single envelope and sealed and marked as Bid in the form of Hard copy or electronic bids in the form of Technical Bid and Financial Bid.
