• Far Western University, Central Office, Office of The Registrar, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, Nepal invites sealed bids from registered Nepalese National Contractor for the Construction of Black Top Approach Road in the Premises of Far Western University, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, Nepal Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders.
• Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the Far Western University, Office of The Registrar, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, Nepal or Far Western University, Contact Office, Singamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal.
• Bidding documents may be purchased from the Far Western University, Contact Office, Singamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application attaching updated attested copies of bidders registration, VAT/PAN Registration, updated Tax Clearance Certificates and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3000.00 for each Contract Packages of Works indicated in the Table deposited in Current Account No. 142000316401 at Rastriya Banijaya Bank (RBB), Baneshwar Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal for this work within 30th days from the date of first publication on normal Office hours.
• Bids must be submitted to the Far Western University, Contact Office, Singamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal on or before 12:00 hrs on 31^th Days from the Date of first Publication in sealed envelope. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted
• Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14.00 Hrs. on 31th days from the Date of First Publication at the Far Western University, Contact Office, Singamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal
• Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amount indicated in the table, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period
• If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Current Account No. 142000316401 at Rastriya Banijaya Bank (RBB), Baneshwar Branch, Kathmandu, Nepal and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
• If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

9 . Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their bid

10. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
