Invitation for Bids for the Bankali Udyau Development Works

1. Pashupati Area Development Trust has received a grant from The Government of Nepal towards the cost of Bankall Udyan Development Works and intends to apply part of the fluids to cover eligible payments under the Contract for PADT 2074-075 const T001. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese Bidders.
2. Pashupati Area Development Trust invites sealed bids or electronic bids from eligible bidders [as per clause 40(2) of PPR 2064] for the Bankali Udyan Development Works under National Competitive Bidding procedures.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Pashupati Area Development Trust. Gaushala. Kathmandu. 01-4470764. 01-4470340 and 01-4472962 and padtpashupatinath@gmail.com or may visit PPMO website https://bolpatra.gov.np^/egp/
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the office Pashupati Area Development Trust, Gaushala, Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on tile submission of a written application, along with die copy of company / firm registration certificate and upon payment of a non-re fundable fee of 3,000.00 till 2074 09 24 within office hour.

Bidder who chooses to submit their bid electronically may purchase the hard copy of the bidding documents as mentioned above or may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO’s Web Site https:/bolpatra.go\.up egp . Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost (as specified) of bidding document in the PADT’s account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 5. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Pashupati Area Development Trust. Gaushala. Kathmanduat 1:00 PM on 2074/09/14.
6. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office Pashupati Area Development Trust. Kathmandu by hand/’courier or through PPMO website https://bolpatra.gov.up. egp/ on or before 12:00 PM on 2074/09/25. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:00 PM on 2074/09/26 at the office of Pashupati Area Development Trust. Gaushala. Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid. amounting to a minimum of NRs. 382,000. which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 120 days)
8. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
9. Bidders participating electronically, should submit hard copy of complete documents as mentioned on the e-bidding within 7 (seven) days to PADT office.
