1. The Pashupati Area Development Trust Re invites sealed quotations for the construction of Water Supply Works. The estimated amount for the works is enclussive of VAT Rs. 1157392.91(Eleven Lakhs Fifty Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Two and Paisa ninety one only).

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of [Pashupati Area Development Trust, Gaushala, Kathmandu, telephone No: 977-01-4464698 and email address: padtpashupatinath@gamail.com.

3. Bidding document is available at the office of Pashupati Area Development Trust, Gaushala Kathmandu Nepal. Interested bidders should be purchase hardcopy by given application with in 7th (Seven) day office hour 7 July, 2019 , attached with Company register. Tax clearance and pan-vat register photocopy and deposit the cost of bidding document NRs.1000 (Non refundable) in the following specified bank :

4. Interested bidders should submit hard copy (Sarbajanik Kharid Mahasakha) at the office of Pashupati Area Development Trust, Gaushala Kathmandu Nepal, before 8 July. 2019, 12:00.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on 8 July, 2019 13:00 hours at the office of Pashupati Area Development Trust, Kathmandu Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 45 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of Rs.30100/-, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period or Cash deposit in Nepal Bank limited Dillibazar Branch, Account no. 03201000066573000001 . Name : Pashupti Area Development Trust.

6. If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

7. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
