• The Radio Broadcasting Service (Radio Nepal). Singha Durbar invites bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Supply and Delivery of 10 Pcs. FM Audio Processors under National Competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

• A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Radio Broadcasting Service (Radio Nepal). Singha Durbar. Kathmandu by eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application, along with the copy of company/firm registration certificate, and upon payment of a non-refillable fee of NRs 3000/- (Three Thousand Rupees Only) or submission of deposit voucher for bid document fee at the following bank till the time: 12 hours (Noon) and date: 2075/02/06.

• Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Radio Broadcasting Service (Radio Nepal). Singlia Durbar at 10:30 AM. on 2075/02/02.
• Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Radio Broadcasting Service (Radio Nepal). Singha Durbar by hand/courier before 12:00 Hours (Noon) on 2075/02/06. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
• The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours (Noon) on 2075/02/06 at the office of Radio Broadcasting Service (Radio Nepal). Singha Durbar. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to a minimum of NRs. 95.600/-(Ninety Five Thousand Six Hundred Rupees Only) which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
• If the last date of purchasing and /or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
